Bogger Operator (Norseman)

Redpath Mining is seeking experienced Bogger Operators to join our underground operations in the Norseman region. This role offers a 7/7 or 14/14 FIFO roster and the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team committed to safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate underground LHD (bogger) equipment
• Move ore and waste to meet production schedules
• Conduct pre-start checks and report equipment issues promptly
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow traffic management plans and supervisor instructions
• Assist production and services teams when required
• Complete safety documentation and workplace inspections
• Report hazards, incidents and near misses immediately
• Contribute to continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Proven underground bogger/LHD operating experience (Preferably with Auto mine experience)
• Manual driver’s licence
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Clear communication skills and a strong safety mindset
